This is the first audit required before NHVR grants accreditation. It confirms your documented systems for Mass Management, Fatigue (BFM), or Maintenance Management meet the NHVAS Business Rules and Standards.

Six months after initial approval, you must complete a Second Audit to demonstrate that your system is being implemented correctly in daily operations. This audit confirms that your staff are using the systems, records are being maintained, and you’re meeting real-world compliance.

This audit is due 18 months after initial approval, and then every 24 months thereafter. It’s a full audit to verify your NHVAS systems are operating effectively and consistently.
